The most recent improvement in Nigeria today involves the new Finance Minister announcing that they plan on creating more job opportunities for their people today.Statistics show that there is a huge number of citizens in Nigeria that do not have jobs and this might be the very reason that their crime rate is off the charts. The announcement made was definitely music to their ears. Nigeria will foster housing roots and policies that is said to improve the quality of life in their country by decreasing the crime rates in the most sketchy cities in Nigeria. The statement of the Financial Minister about creating more jobs may mean that we should be expecting a betterment in the economy so that more private sectors will be attracted to creating more business, hence more job openings not just for the people of Nigeria, but for immigrants as well. The immigrants should not be disregarded because they are vital to the process of gaining prosperity and development in Nigeria.

When you as an employee do good in your job, you create good business for your employer and when business is good, the clients are happy and they patronize the business. This will all end up in the business staying for a long time and might even expand to create more job opportunities for other people. This is the kind of cycle that everyone should have in mind. The employees should think of the business as if it was their own so that they will work harder and take good care of it like they own it.
